Shipping Charges
Jenny Trends offers Free Shipping on most orders across India. However, shipping charges may apply on selected products or promotional offers, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page or during checkout.
Any applicable octroi or local taxes related to shipping are prepaid by us and do not need to be paid separately by the customer.
Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch all confirmed orders within 24–48 hours after the order is placed.
In some cases, products from the same order may be shipped separately depending on product availability or packaging requirements.
Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner availability.

Shipping Address
Currently, each order can be shipped to one delivery address only. If you wish to ship products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
